This story has been rolling around in my head for a while, but this is the first time I'm sitting down to write it. The people we met are based on a real life camping trip we took, but the story is purely fantasy. Names, ages and other details have been changed for privacy.

"… take me hoooooome, country roaaaaaads~". Katie and I sung in unison, as we navigated the winding paths down the final stretch before we reached the campsite.
We had been looking forward to this trip for months to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, if only for a week. I gazed at her, sitting comfortably in the passenger seat, my girlfriend of 6 years, aviator sunglasses propped up in her hair, green floral sundress fluttering in the gentle breeze the halfway down window let in as I cruised along.
I saw her expression brighten as she stared past me on the drivers side, and looked back in time to see a glimpse of the lake the campground was bordering through the treeline.
And the road I was supposed to turn on. I cursed under my breath. I still hadn't figured out how to unmute the GPS when the music was playing. I glared at the screen as it recalculated.
"Daydreaming again?" She teased.
"I was just admiring the view!" I sputtered defensively.
"You've had 3 hours to do that. I'd like to admire the view too… of the lake that is, so hop to it mister! No more detours." She laughed away my excuse.
Continuing our light-hearted banter, I found the next available turnaround and made our way to the campsite. The smooth sound of asphalt was replaced by the crunch of the tires on a dirt road and the smell of the pine trees intensified, along with the unmistakable aroma of a body of water.
An archway greeted us, announcing "Camp Fairhaven" in bold yellow letters to any new arrivals. On either side of it were wooden carved statues of a bear in a fisherman's bucket hat and a moose with an apron.
We parked at the reception, alongside 3 other vehicles, and climbed out, stretching our backs and ruffling through our bags to find the reservation papers, a useful backup even in this day and age of the pocket smartphone, especially this deep into the woods.
The bell atop the door rang as we entered the building, and behind the desk, a kindly looker older gentleman jerked his head up and smiled.
"Heya folks! Welcome to Camp Fairhaven, I'm Robert." He greeted us. "Jake and Katie I presume?"
We were a little surprised, but confirmed it. Presenting the papers we had prepared.
"You're the only ones set to arrive today, and your names kind of gave it away." He explained, no doubt alluding to my evidently asian features, and her undeniably milky white skin. "Usually it's more busy in late August."
He continued through his practiced speech, offering us a map of the surroundings, a pamphlet from the neighboring town, circling the best spots with a wink and went over the rules of the campsite. Within a few minutes we had all we needed.
"One last thing, I'm off on Saturdays and Sundays, so you'll have to speak with Andy there." He gestured behind us, and we spun around to indeed see a young man staring down at his phone, invisible to us until pointed out. He acknowledged it with a grunt, eyes not leaving his screen.
"If there's an emergency he can reach me." He finished.
We thanked him and walked out. As soon as we were out of earshot we gave each other a look. "So… no trouble on weekends then." I offered. "Yup" Katie solemnly agreed "Troublemaking resumes on Monday."
We burst out into laughter as we hauled off the camping material from the trunk of the car, ready to make our home for the next week.
We found our way to our assigned location, passing along 2 other occupied campsites and took some time to build the tent. By then it was early afternoon and we were feeling hungry, so we lugged our food to the communal barbecue site.
We found a young family there cleaning up, looking to be about our age, early thirties and their two young children. As Katie walked over to introduce us and make conversation to fuel her extroversion, I took to the grill, still warm from the last meal and prepared some hotdogs. By the time the food was ready, the young family had left, and we ate in comfortable silence.
"Kids are cute" Katie broke the silence.
"Yes" I replied after a pause. The unspoken words between us carried the meaning. We were ready for children and she had just recently got off the pill. We were hoping to conceive after this vacation, but judging by how her libido had shot up in recent weeks, it may well happen during this adventure in the woods.
We retreated to our tent and finally, it was time to don our swimsuits and check out the rumored pristine water of Fairhaven lake.
Though I had seen it countless times, I still took a moment to admire my gorgeous girlfriend, standing 5'9", 150lbs, with a plump butt and soft C cup tits, her body was a perfect mix of taut muscles and soft curves. Her dazzling dirty blonde hair, playful hazel eyes and thin pink lips completed her girl next door look, and her beauty hadn't diminished a bit since the day I first met her.
I found my 5" cock rapidly hardening at the sight, and closed the gap to hug her from behind as she finished putting on her black bikini bottoms. My lips were at the right height to graze her neck, barely lowering from my 5'10" tall frame, eliciting an appreciative moan. My arms explored her front as she pushed her ass against my crotch.
She pulled away, reluctantly. "L-later! That's all you're getting for now, save it for tonight." She ordered.
"As her lady wishes." I replied, trying to act dignified with my hard-on on full display.
We made our way to the beach with no further interruption, it was as promised, pristine, the water cool under the hot summer air, the sand soft between our toes and we eagerly waded into deeper waters. I chased after her, who was by far the better swimmer, and as the hours dragged on, we found ourselves drifting, embraced against each other, keeping afloat by beating our legs to the tune of some invisible drum.
As we leaned in for a kiss, we were startled by a shout from the shore.
"Hey! Watch out! You're about to swim past my line!" A booming voice carried over the water. Looking to the shore, we saw a bulky man wave his hands for attention, then satisfied he had ours, directed us to swim back the way we came.
We made for him after giving his barely visible fishing line a wide berth. As we made contact with land again he stepped down from the nook he found in the treeline, set up with his fishing rod, bucket, chair and cooler.
"Sorry guys, would have warned you sooner, but I was falling asleep in the afternoon sun." He sheepishly pointed to the 3 cans of beer visible in the distance.
"No worries!" I reassured him, offering my hand in exchange. "I'm Jake this is Katie, we just arrived today."
"Ah, that explains it, Jeremy by the way. The other people around don't really go for a swim, so I felt safe casting the line somewhat close to the beach." He looked from me to Katie, subtly checking her out.
"You're fine" Katie laughed, squeezing out the water from her shoulder-length hair, tied up in a ponytail. "We didn't realize how far we drifted."
As we dried ourselves off, we continued to make polite conversation. Jeremy was quite tall, around 6'3" and built like a man who did manual labor, large hands, large arms, and a large belly to match, he was a woodworker making furniture from his workshop. He was a little older than us in his mid-forties, but evidently in great shape. From under his tshirt the telltale puffing of his abundant chest hair could be seen, his cap made some sort of pun about fishing that I didn't have the requisite knowledge to understand, and his khaki shorts jingled with untold riches of fishing equipment no doubt. He was from the same city as ours, and had planned to come here with his family, but something had happened that he seemed unwilling to talk about, so we didn't push.
Before we left, he offered to share some fish he had caught for supper as an apology for interrupting us, we graciously accepted and headed back to our tent.
"He seemed lonely" Katie opened. "I wonder what happened with his family that he's here alone."
"He probably is, I feel for him, it's hard for guys to talk about our troubles sometimes." I reasoned.
"Maybe we should keep him company then, lend an ear." She suggested.
"Yeah he'd probably like that, especially yours." I teased. "What? Didn't see him checking you out?" I asked when she looked at me quizzically.
She rolled her eyes, hit me on the shoulder and walked ahead of me.
As promised later that evening, Jeremy could be found grilling the fish he had caught earlier in the day, enough to feed all of us.
Mark and Joy, the other couple joined us with their kids and we all ate together, sharing jokes and a good mood. They retired early as the alcohol was brought out, and wished us a merry time, shepherding their bleary-eyed children who had finally ran out of energy back to their tent.
Eventually the conversation lulled and the mood turned pensive. Jeremy, 3 or 4 beers in at this point while Katie and I were still sipping on our first, started to open up.
He was going through a divorce, he had no biological kids of his own, but had married a single mother with an adult child 10 years ago. His wife was getting back together with her ex, the biological dad of his "daughter" and it was tearing the family apart. He was trying to keep up a strong front, but the pain was clear to see.
"Sorry" he slurred, "Didn't mean to bring the mood down. Probably wasn't the best idea to come out here alone. Seeing Mark and Joy and their happy little family, and you two so young and full of life…" He didn't finish his thought. "I'm just… lonely I guess."
Katie and I were at a loss for words.
"Sorry, just going to head back." He left without another word.
Katie and I sat for a long while, watching the fire crackle.
"I wish there was something we could do for him." I whispered, sympathy welling up.
"… There is one thing…" Katie hesitated. "Were you serious when you said you wanted to see me sleep with someone else?" She asked, looking for my eyes.
"Yes, but… what does that have to do with anything?" I asked, confused.
"He's lonely, and this could be the last chance I have to do something wild before we have children and settle down… and I'd be helping him, I feel so bad for him." She reasoned.
"He's not your type though." I said, trying to come to terms with this.
"No, but that probably makes it easier to not catch any feelings." She paused as I considered it. "So if you want to, I can fulfill this fantasy of yours, just this once."
"… Yes, I want that." I finally answered.
A few minutes later, we were outside Jeremy's tent.
"Jeremy?" Katie called out to him. "We… have a proposal."
Oof, part one done, please let me know what you thought! Sorry there was no smut in here, but it's coming I promise.
