Aisha, my boss started it like it was nothing — a joke here, a teasing comment there. She had this habit of teasing me in a funny way, dropping random lines about how I was the soft, walkover types. How i deserved to get bullied, wronged and dominated, etc. At first I thought it was just sarcasm, but then she pushed it further. She even started calling me “cuck” sometimes while texting or “loser” in that playful tone only she could pull off. I laughed it off, but deep down it stung, because she was hitting exactly where it ought to have. She started directing me to do non-law work, sometimes her personal work, just to belittle and softly humiliate me.
Then one day I walked past her cabin and saw her sitting with Sania, a senior of mine and junior to Aisha. Sania is truly manipulative and dominating lawyer. Both of them were laughing while literally looking at me. That’s when it clicked — Aisha must’ve told Sania everything.
I didn’t confront them. I just tried to act normal. But some days later, Sania casually started a chat with me. Nothing big, just about life, how things were going. Slowly she twisted it toward Riya. She just kept smiling that sly smile like she already knew everything. Then she dropped, “Aisha already told me, so stop acting. I know.”
I panicked, still said no, still tried to brush it off. That’s when she leaned closer and said, “If you’re not okay with it, why don’t you just break up with Riya?” I blurted, “Because I love her.” She smirked, like she’d been waiting for that answer.
From there, she didn’t stop. She started throwing questions at me — “So what do you feel when Riya is with Gaurav? Jealous? Angry?” I kept shaking my head, denying everything. But she wouldn’t let me off. She laughed and said, “Don’t lie. You get turned on by it, don’t you?” I froze, denied again, but she kept pressing.
When I stayed quiet, she got sharper. “See, you either admit it to me, or I’ll make sure everyone in this office knows what kind of loser you are.” That hit me. I begged her to stop, but she wasn’t letting go. She kept circling back, teasing, mocking, pushing — until finally, under all that pressure, I broke and admitted it.
I said it out loud: “Yes, I want them together. Yes, it turns me on.” My face burned as I said it, and Sania just sat back, grinning like she’d won.
That was the shift. She told me she’d “help” me — that she’d get close to Riya and Gaurav, make it look normal, and even share with me the details Riya would never give. But in return, I had to follow her lead. She didn’t even frame it like a deal, more like a game she was now in charge of.
And honestly, she’s enjoying her it too much. She keeps reminding me that I’m the loser in this, pushing me harder into it, making me accept it and live it, while dangling what I crave — more details. With Aisha casually mocking me in messages, and Sania openly manipulating me at work, I suddenly have two senior women who know everything. And between their jokes and her threats, my situation is getting more complicated and fun by the day. I don’t think so I have the power to stop anything now.
