Me (27) and my GF (25) work with a common boss ( M35) who is egoistic and controlling character. He is always bullying and humiliating me, I could never garner enough courage to stand against him. My GF knows I am weak guy who is scared of his boss. One other hand, he is very friendly and supportive to my GF who is career oriented wants to grow fast. Recently she was given more responsibilities and promotion. In last few months I noticed she is spending more time with him in office and going out for business dinner. Even sometimes late in the night he comes and picks her up for business meeting. Last few months noticed changes in behavior. I feel insecure when she gives me impression that she is fully controlled by him.
I am just wondering if she is protecting me from my bully boss or Joined him to cuckoldry.
