My[46m] wife [37f] sleeps with her ex [40m]

My wife wants to sleep with her ex, often. What should I say?

A few years ago she was traveling to the place where she had lived and asked if i objected if she had dinner with her ex boyfriend. After talking about him she told me that sex with him was amazing, he was rough but the perfect amount, treated her like a slut—things she enjoyed then but didn’t want from me. She also admitted that after she broke up with him she cheated on two later boyfriends with him.

I asked if she planned to sleep with him. She said no, it was just dinner. I asked if she wanted a hall pass. She said no but her body language suggested she did. So I told her that she could sleep with him if she wanted, as long as she was honest with me about what happened. She said thanks but she wouldn’t do it.

But of course she did, and told me about it immediately. with my knowledge she slept with him whenever she travelled back there. That was a few times a year.

Now he’s moving closer to us and she wants to be with him much more often. She’s thinking once or twice a week. I said I’d consider it but am not sure what to say. It doesn’t really bother me, but should it? She says it’s just physical with him and I believe her. They never text except to arrange meetings.
