While on a little break away, me and my wife visited a small town with some shops. It was sunny, she was wearing a cute sun dress and looked amazing.One little shop I wanted to look around, my wife decided to wait outside.

After maybe 10 mins, I came out of the shop and started to walk towards my wife. A guy walked passed me with a big smile, making clear eye contact with me.
When I got to her, she said "some guy was trying to get me to go for a drink with him! He was really quite persuasive!" I realised straight away it was the guy who walked passed me smiling.
She was quite shocked when my response was "you should have gone – a free drink is a free drink! I could have met you back at the hotel"
I was hard all weekend imagining getting a text saying "gone for a drink, see you back at the hotel". I'd love to be able to ask him what the plan was, I wish we had seen him again. I now tell her "if someone offers you a drink, you say yes!" – she laughs about it but I hope she does one day
